MMA, Volleyball, Plyometrics, you name it when it comes to Fitness, Funk is all over it. In March 2010 Funk created a 4 Week Spartacus Workout Program based on the Health version. Since then over 5000 people have subscribed to Funk’s program. Funk’s program includes weekly workout vide0s, downloads, nutrition plan plus stretches, warm-ups and extra Lady Spartacus workouts.

Jason M. A.K.A Sarge
Jason is part of a group called N.O.F (Nerds of Fitness) his partners and Jason started doing Spartacus about 3 months ago at the gym where I work, and I ended up developing it into a class for all the gym members called “Gladiator Training”. Jason actually dropped 20lbs from June 1 – August 1 this summer.

Starting Wednesday I will be unleashing “Gladiator Training 2.0″ on my class.

Jason has a lot going on and is involed in many aspects of fitness.

As of April 2009 Mikeal weighed in at 250. As of July 2010 I’m sitting at 185. I’ve been working out at the gym since July and have started to gain some definition.
