The Club is open to everyone.
Joining is simple:
Email ( spartacusworkoutclub@gmail.com) me your contact with the subject “SWC” in the subject line. Your email will only be used for SWC information and information that is fitness and health related. In the email you could include a photo of where you’re presently at and your goals. This email will be posted on the website. It is not mandatory for you to do this. It does help to build a community when we know what we each others’ goals are.
Share fitness knowledge:
We all know something about fitness and sharing it empowers us all. When you share what you know we all grow. Feel free to write a post, send me a link, video anything you think will improve other SWC members.
Working out is mandatory:
Staying in shape is the Spartacus Workout Club main reason for being. Download the Spartacus Workout sheet here. The purpose of the sheet is to help you keep track of your performance while doing the Spartacus Workout.
As a member spread the word: ( Kit coming soon!)
Promote the club through posting the Spartacus Club badge on your Facebook and other social networks. Download your social kit here. Objectively as the club grows I would inspire SWC members to meet and workout together – I know I am not the only one who wishes I had someone I could trust to spot me when I am lifting 255 on the bench press!
I would also ask that you subscribe to my Youtube channel. This is not mandatory. It does make it easy to let you know when I posted a new workout. For now that is all, I am sure there will be more as the club grows.
